Make a mural with padded nails

With a little imagination, it is possible to change the purpose of an object and make it a work of art. By modifying the main use of upholstery nails, we create a brilliant and elegant mural.

Material to collect

Rule;
Printer;
Black canvas;
Pencil ;
Industrial adhesive;
Nails with golden padding and / or silver;
A large format letter printed for tracing;

Steps

1-Print the letter of your choice in full-page format on an 8 ½ x 11 sheet and cut it out;

2-With the help of a ruler, use the letter as a pattern to draw it with a pencil directly on the canvas;

3-Hand fill the pattern with padded nails alternating gold and silver nails;

4-Another idea for upholstery nails: add nails to a side cabinet by contouring drawers or doors;

5-Cut the nail rod to keep only the head and glue them with an industrial adhesive on the edges of the drawer or door. Leave to dry for 24 hours.
