Here is a project that retrieves the drawers of an old piece of furniture. In addition to creating storage under the bed with drawers on wheels, we will create an outstanding floating bedside table.

Material to collect

Screw;
bolts;
Drill;
New handles (optional);
Swivel castors without brakes (4 per drawer);
Toggle pegs to secure the drawer to the wall (if necessary);
Chalk paint, to avoid having to surface the surface;
Old wooden drawers recovered, in good condition and not very deep.

Steps

1-Paint the drawers with the chalk paint of the color of our choice. For the drawer that will serve as a bedside table, you have to paint the inside and the outside. Alternatively, you can also paint the handle or change it to change the look of your drawers;

2-After 24 hours of drying, the bedside table drawer can be screwed directly to the wall if there are uprights. To screw in the gypsum, it is necessary to use rocking dowels;

3-For storage under the bed, install 4 swivel casters without brakes under the drawers leaving a clearance all around. Pre-drill the holes and then use bolts and screws to secure the casters.
