You could also create a very nice side table by using an inverted metal laundry basket on which you will put a cabaret of wood.
Cage of birds
A pretty bird cage finds a second life hanging on a tree or above our table on the terrace. We insert pretty lanterns or small white lights for a magical effect!

A basket of wire mesh or perforated rattan, would also have a nice effect!

Rest bed
You thought you saw all the DIY ideas with the wood pallets? Hanging pallets, a comfortable mattress and beautiful cushions for beautiful naps in the summer afternoons.

You can also simply put the daybed on the terrace. Take this idea back by using an antique metal crib. The good life…
Flower chair
What a beautiful retreat for this chair! By practicing in the seat an opening of the diameter of the pot of flowers one creates a support for our gardener. Feel free to repaint your chair with exterior paint of a beautiful, bright color.

Remember to recover in the same way a small table, a stool, or a long bench in which you will have three pots of flowers!
Nautical Ottoman
What a beautiful idea recovery! For the terrace at home or on the dock at the cottage. A tire covered with sisal rope turns into an ottoman. Stack in half to create a center table

Here's the procedure to follow :

Old tires are easy to find; check with your local tire dealer.

You will need:

150 feet of sisal rope 3/8 ''
50 feet of nylon rope
A hot glue gun
Surround the tire with the nylon rope so that the rope crisscrosses in the center.

Starting at the side of the tire, glue the sisal rope to the nylon rope using the hot glue gun. Be careful to avoid getting burned!

Continue gluing the sisal rope in concentric circles to the center of the tire.

Little tips:

For a good result, make sure the sisal rope covers all traces of tire and nylon rope.

You can apply a sealer to the ottoman if you want to keep it outside.
Log side table
A wooden block serves as a side table and brings warmth to a modern decor. It is very pretty natural, but you can also paint the top of a beautiful vitaminized color.

Have fun playing with different heights. Create a console table to serve the cocktails by placing a board of wood on two logs about 30 '' high.
Concrete block planters
Perfect for an urban terrace, concrete blocks are transformed into a colorful and graphic design.

These planters are easy to make with painter's masking tape and exterior concrete paint. Ideal for planting succulent plants that have a high tolerance to drought. Find the child in you and stack these blocks to create a side table, bench or console!
